Upgrades in User Experience: What's New for MailGuard Admins

MailGuard Admins (and you as our Partners) are at the centre of keeping customers safe, so the MailGuard team have introduced several updates to enhance their experience even more.

We understand that the demands on customers and partners are ever-increasing, as are the scale and complexity of the threat landscape with news of businesses being devastated by cyber incidents like phishing, ransomware and BEC every day.

Our team continue to iterate on our services to deliver an enhanced user experience. Here is a selection of some of the most recent updates:

Backend Console Optimization – Speed & Performance

To boost the speed and performance of the MailGuard management console, the MailGuard team have recently implemented a raft of backend optimizations that result in a smoother and more efficient user experience, allowing Admins to work more effectively.

Enhanced Quarantine Search

With enhancements to quarantine search, Admins now have the capability to search by policy type in Quarantine, even if the policy has been deleted. The update streamlines the process of locating specific emails and simplifies email management.

Refined DKIM Traffic Light Indicators

The DKIM traffic light indicators are valued by customers and partners, so our team have introduced further measures to fine-tune them providing better alignment with DKIM status and providing users with clearer and more precise information about email authenticity.

The MailGuard team are constantly iterating to deliver an even better user experience for Admins, and to deliver safer email environments for customers. With the influx of new email borne threats and competing demands from other threat vectors, we understand that the speed, performance, and accuracy of our services are critical to making the lives of Admins better.
