MailGuard launches single-click whitelisting to its email security service

I’m delighted to inform you that our landmark update “Release Management” has now launched.

Our customers put whitelisting trusted senders at the top of their MailGuard wish-list. In response, we developed a solution so that company admins and users can whitelist with a single click.

Release Management dramatically improves the quarantine process. The system learns as it goes, making email management even more efficient.

Simplified security is one of the many benefits of the MailGuard service. That’s why our development team have made this feature as intuitive as possible.

What can Release Management do?

Whitelist senders in one simple click - company admins and individual users can add sender addresses to a safe list with a single click so they won't be quarantined again in the future.

Set company-wide quarantining rules tailored to your organisation - decide which messages users can release from quarantine.

Customise individual user quarantine settings - you can create exceptions for individual users which will supersede company wide settings.

Easily manage user requests - administrators can now see a queue of both whitelist and release requests from their users, and can act on them within the console rather than managing a queue of emailed requests.

We love to hear your feedback

This new feature was built based on customer feedback. We're always keen to hear your feedback on how the MailGuard service can be improved. Why not tell us what feature tops your new wishlist...
