Analytical Reporting

Analytical reporting provides statistical information about threats affecting online security. Reports indicate new and emerging threats such as malware, spam, phishing, web-based threats, and staff browsing and downloading.

Types of Reports available:

• Monthly Activity Report - Reports on new viruses added to MailGuard’s protection system during the month. Shows which user has been sending and receiving the most mail, and where the most mail is going to or coming from.
• Usage Summary Report - A periodic summary including graphs of usage and return on investment.
• DNS Report Reports on DNS status
• ImageGuard Heat Report - Reports on the level of risk associated with sent and received images including number of high risk images sent and received and where the most images are going to or coming from.
• Risk Profile Report - Reports on web browsing activity including high risk websites and most visited sites, including most active users and download volumes.
