The MailGuard Partner Program Overview
Partners and partnering have been central to MailGuard’s strong revenue and customer growth since the company was founded in 2001. Our partner’s success has been driven by MailGuard constantly looking at ways to improve our value proposition, both to you the partner to make it easy and profitable as to why you should represent the MailGuard range of products, and to the customer by providing reliable, cost effective business grade managed internet security and content solutions.
MailGuard offers two different types of partner engagement options, each with its own supporting program. The first is a MailGuard Reseller (MR) (or retail program) where the reseller acts as an “agent” for MailGuard and sells the services to their customer base. In the MR program MailGuard manages the billing, technical support and provisioning of the customer. The second program is a wholesale program where the partner integrates the MailGuard technology into your own service offering and bills the end customer. This wholesale program is known as the MailGuard Service Provider (MSP) program.
