Partner Program Overview

MailGuard is committed to maintaining a thriving network of Partners, taking our suite of SaaS services to the broadest possible market.

MailGuard's Partner Program has been developed to give maximum flexibility to partners wishing to work with us.

It offers five levels of involvement, each clearly differentiated. Our goal is to ensure that these partners achieve a strong and immediate return. The Program also provides Partners with access to a range of resources that assist them in selling, implementing and supporting our suite of services.

Enterprise Partners

MailGuard Enterprise Partners are larger Managed Services Providers or ISP’s managing an extensive customer base across SMB, Corporate and Government accounts. They provide a range of managed services under contract. MailGuard services are incorporated in their offerings, either re-labeled as an in-house security offering, or branded as MailGuard.

Certified Partners

MailGuard Certified Partners are either larger resellers with a break/fix business model or smaller Managed Services Providers. Certified Partners enjoy the flexibility of incorporating MailGuard’s services either within their own managed services offering, or as a stand-alone solution.

Reseller Partners

MailGuard Reseller Partners choose to sell our suite of products under the MailGuard brand. They enjoy access to our full range of services, competitive pricing and comprehensive training and support programs.

Regional Value Add Distributors (VAD)

In building its distribution footprint in Australia and New Zealand, MailGuard is developing a regional VAD program. MailGuard is appointing VADs in capital cities where there is no direct MailGuard Partner presence. MailGuard works very closely with these VADs maximising their ability to represent MailGuard to local Partners and Agents.

Agents

MailGuard agents are typically smaller consultants who provide MailGuard services to their clients, on an ad-hoc basis. This partner level is ideal for consultants who do not seek an ongoing commission stream, but prefer to receive a one-off upfront commission payments. MailGuard is committed to providing its Agents with access to comprehensive sales and marketing resources at a level generally reserved for much larger Partners.
